And since you are using a property manager, property managers do not work for free.Meaning there will probably be some sort of management charge for handling the repair man and for handling the renter, in addition to the workman's charge.

Last year I took a step back from entrepreneurship and joined a tech startup in the blockchain space.While I am still doing as much research as possible to develop my strategy, my current interest is in purchasing properties to buy and hold.I am also exploring different markets, and so far, what's caught my eye has been Savannah, Georgia, Columbus, Ohio and Chattanooga, Tennessee.I'm looking forward to learning connecting with as many people as possible.In the meantime, send me some tips I won't find in the "Investing in Real Estate 101" books!
