Although, it seems strange to me that the property manager is saying replace the oven- if the oven expert says it's fine.

It seems that the hard money lender needs to be a good judge of character as well as an expert in the value of property.

I'm in at 342,000... 25% down, at 6.5% (I have great credit but foreigners just pay higher) any experts in the area know if this is a deal, or a lemon?

@Gayle Eisner President Obama apparently didn't hear from the same experts you did since he invested $15 mill a few weeks ago for their vacation home on Martha's Vineyard.

It appears to be quite expensive to take down and reconstruct, so before we commit to that, I wanted to see what all utilities are being utilized by the chimney- does anyone have any advice for doing this, and/or any recommendations of experts (Cincinnati local) that may be able to assist in figuring out the problem?

I am no expert but I believe this house would be worth every penny of 200k+ when I got done with it and we should be able to get a quick sell around 180K.

I'm currently stuck finding assistance with contract writing here in California and also looking for an expert in business taxes.
