Greetings, I am hoping to connect with someone who is familiar with the Housing Choice (Section 8) landscape in Jacksonville and has experience working with the housing authority in Jacksonville.

I have about a decade of proptech experience (selling into CRE and RRE), a year of residential leasing for EQR and 6 years of resi buy and hold invvesting. 

It could be a fence line thing, it could be a security thing, it could be someone who’s had a bad experience with neighbors.

I’d love to compare to what I’m finding and would be a helpful learning experience for me.I do want point out that not every investor wants to BRRRR and would like a turn key property which supports Fix and Flipping.

Does anyone have any experience using oil and gas tax deductions (Intangible Drilling Costs: 100% tax deductible during the first year and tangible Drilling Costs: 100% tax deductible) to reduce tax liability against Roth conversions ?   

Touch Stay is pretty cool, I have no experience with it but it definitely looks cool!
