Has anyone ever tried to register their Real Estate Business with the SDVOSBC on the SAM website for federal government bids on contracts? Throwing around the idea. Would love some first-hand experience if there is any out there. Looking to rehab properties with government contracts (if there are any).

    Read up on 8A contractors.  My neighbor has done this and we have discussed.  Also my brother was a procurement specialist for the Air Force and we discussed.  The more items you can check off the stronger your position to get the contracts.
