It is technically part of Oak Park (bad rep but is improving) but it is turning for the better with UCD employees and employed hipster types driven out of midtown by high rents.

This AI technology looks promising with tons of potential, but has it proved itself yet?

Direct mail, internet advertising and re-targeting, AI follow up and lead qualification are all good add-ons for a property "seller-finder" tool.
