Off Market Listings - How Do You Do It?

I would like to hear how investors, wholesalers, and others think about off market listings. I am working on a tool that generates a list of off market properties that meets a set of criteria. What are the key things you look for?

Of course, I know you can crosscheck bankruptcy, estate, and divorce filings. What are some other sources you use? Would an automated list be helpful? The next step we are considering is including owner information and then a scoring using machine learning of the probability of those leads selling.

@Dan Maciejewski

Hey Dan, I see you mentioned PropStream “for investors”. Why would PropStream just be for investors and not Realtors/agents?
