There are so many excellent investor agents in Milwaukee, it's hard to pick one and also many lenders---I would say join Brew City REI on Facebook and do a search for 'realtors' and then one for 'money' or 'bank' or 'lender'....tons of threads on this topic.

I look at 20-50 deals a day, between wholesaler emails, MLS, Facebook groups, etc... and have purchased 2 in the last 12 months.
