Live and Flip: Washington DC to Atlanta

Hi, I would like advise for my situation. My wife and I are about to become first time owners. Our experience with real estate has been managing family property in Washington DC, Baltimore and Surburban Maryland. Basically finding tenants, repairs, evictions, etc. We recently inhertited the properties we have been managing. Our plan is to keep our DC property(cash cow), sell everything else and start ourselves in Atlanta. I estimate we are starting in Atlanta with 100k cash and great credit. Can I get ideas on a strategy for real estate that uses our current resources and experience? I could easily move into a 4 or 5 bedroom in the suburbs but that isn't my short term vision especially to build equity. Any ideas of doing some 2 year live and flips?

Mao
