Oh boy well a few lessons we learned from our second flip.1.

I purchased a second rental property in 2017 and it was not in service for about 4 months while repairs were done.

That’s always nice to do in a second Home you may have.

I bought my first multi family two years ago and looking to acquire my second this summer.

(I love the breed, love the dogs, father used to raise them to hunt hogs, but something clicks in their brains (not all of them), and the force of their jaws locking down and pure muscle jerking back and forth is scary!)  

I have had a positive experience so far and I am looking to continue down this path and grow my portfolio this year by having my second deal be a owner-occupied 2-4 unit home.

After the home was purchased with a loan, there was a series of second mortgages and even a line of credit for 300k as late as 2015.

Or is it not possible to get a second FHA or 203k at all?
