@Steve L.Probably aren't getting a lot of response on this because its very unique to a lot of guys - and some of us are delusional enough to think we have some kind of secret sauce that we're not willing to share.Also some of the metrics can be painful to look at (revisiting this on a Friday eve is somewhat of a weekend buzzkill :( I have a background in stats and data, so I track a lot some is super useful, other is just gee-whiz.

@Damon Armstrong Yeah check it out, Aaron is a beast.I think the secret sauce is because he is a wholesaler he's got deal flow and can cherry pick great rental properties at great discounts.

If your sister is a very warm person and has a pleasing voice on the phone and in person then yes she has to learn the technical questions to ask in an efficient manner but the secret sauce is the delivery of the message and connecting.

@Andrew Johnson  as long as you have  Gurus  constantly sending this message out" you can make big money with NONE of your own money , no experience etc etc etc"  Folks will pay to go to these many times a lot of money 20 to 30k for the super secret sauce which really is not all that super or secret.
