Most states allow an expired lease to automatically become a Month-To-Month lease.So, the old lease may still be technically valid.Are you trying to be a good landlord or a good friend?

Your lender doesn't care where you sleep ; ) You are technically supposed to use your home as your primary residence for a defined amount of time according to the terms of your loan.

I always transfer the last months rent to the new lease, they technically are not in their last month, unless they are moving out. 

My question isn't technical but more of a general soft skills thing.  

However I do think that a college or professional association course paired with working professionally in CRE can align individuals with technical skills and expertise faster than if not.One thing I do agree with are the "gurus" we tend to see... beware!

It's not your policy so you can't make changes to the prior owner's policy for a property they no longer technically own.

Technically some of the properties will be in other Fulton County cities like College Park or East Point but putting Atlanta will still work for mapping the properties, which is the next step.Once I have the spreadsheet with full addresses I go to www.batchgeo.com and paste three columns (address, city, state) from the excel sheet (including headers) into the box on the BatchGeo home page.

My question is if you buy the foreclosure then sell to someone else, can you pay off the mortgage even if it's technically still in the previous owners name?
