After trying to get the service in my name, i am now being told that i have to get an underwriter to the property to survey the electricity to make sure its safe to "turn on".

I have learned a lot( Archeological Survey, floodway mitigation, etc ) but would like someone that can save me some of the learning curve when it comes to bigger projects.

I did my survey and CMA; the house has a present value of $70K and needs $40K in repairs.

My postcards will have a link for each home to use in which they will fill out my survey.

This is our first mobile home park purchase and we are doing due diligence following the workbook from boot camp.When we asked the seller for a copy of the survey and environmental study, the sellers agent said they did not do it when they purchased the park a few years ago and they also did not get it from the previous owner.Some agent said these two items are not required by bank so it is not necessary.

Of course, you'll need to confirm the revenue and expenses, and make sure that the title, survey and Phase I are clear, as well as get a firm handle on the market, but I would not delay in signing it up with a due diligence contingency.
