It talks about how people have become more and more isolated from each other because of a variety of reasons, including (a) women going to work, which has meant fewer social evenings with friends, (b) people moving to other cities for jobs, which has resulted in breaks in friendships, (c) less church attendance, which has removed some of the social contacts that people used to have regularly.The net result of all this is that people seem to be seeking material substitutes for the social void in their lives.

It is best if you show (prove) to the bank that the entity owner of record on the PSA is the same owner of record as the potential substituted entity.And ditto what Scott stated, doing so now is better than later.More food for thought.

If there is not a specifically named buyer on the approval letter, then go to the next step.Next, see if it states " a buyer cannot be substituted without prior written approval".

When you setup your note...setup a substitution of security clause and you can transfer the note to another property you may have.You want to keep that note AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.Best of luck on the deal.Brandon
