The economy was not doing so hot but has definitely warmed up since the Marcellus shale gas drilling boom started. 

Nevada, with cities like Las Vegas and Reno, offers a tourism-driven economy, ideal for vacation rentals, but be sure to research regulations on short-term rentals.

. ;-) It’s isn’t a picnic and it saps your time from investing.They are many other things that will come to light as the economy changes or regulations change or banking changes.

The area has been a mecca for vacation rentals for a long time, and the local economy and service professionals are completely entwined with the industry.  

It certainly doesn't help at the economy is funky.

There is just nothing out in California City that is a key part to economy.

In terms of the Agent economy, the rich just got richer while the poor got poorer.

Here are some tips I've got for you:-Look for markets with a strong local economy, job growth, and population growth.

The economy is thriving in several areas -- pharmaceutical, medical, IT, Distribution centers, manufacturing, government defense, sports, convention center -- a wide variety, so we aren't depending on only one type of industry.
