So who pays the water bill,, is the leak happening before the meter,, then the city is losing water,, if the owner is paying the water bill then he's losing the water and paying for it..or if your paying the water bill your paying for it.I guess I'd call the city again and ask if they can have landlord repair as your not able to get any results..Winter's going to be here soon,, and when it freezes the water will not go into the soil it will raise up and you'll have a lake to skate on

My general thought is, it's more leverage, so just make sure that the higher loan amount isn't going to make your loan payment so high that you're skating on thin ice (again, debt service coverage ratio).Also AFAIK the 203(k) is for owner-occupants, so my guess is you'll have had to refi out your first-time homeowner loan on your current 2-family, before getting a 203(k) on another property.

I see people with gloves on in the middle cement with a drill, or have masks on sanding down the ceiling plaster, or on a ladder with a paint roller...shouldn't be stopping to get their phones.
