credit rescue and foreclosure rescue which I have done quite a bit in my years.. the chance of anyone buying it back are pretty slim.. so whatever you do get yourself in a position to own the home.Myself I made them deed the house to me straight away.. then Gave them the option to buy it back. that way when they fail and they will you own the house you move on

I had to rescue a newbie lender last month who really made some huge errors in documentation.

@Minna Reid  its fraud.. but you can rescue a pre foreclosure in most states and rent back with an option to buy.. i did hundreds of those prior to Oregon making pre foreclosure rescue lease backs ILLEGAL  why i have no clue.but let me give you reality from someone who did well over a 100 of these.. you will not sell the home back to the party in a year.. their credit is shot .. and they simply wont do it.out all those i did exactly 2 bought the house back.. one was becasue they worked at a department store that was employee owned and it got bought and they got i think 600k in stock cash out the 250 of it and paid me off.the other was a family property that the extended family rallied to cash it out.. 

I would've like to be able to see the dog but they said they are going to look into rescuing a dog from a shelter (possibly a lab).All input will be much appreciated

Yeah, a pampered rescue pooch.

We love dogs and encourage dog ownership especially rescue dogs.
