I'm not sure what your specific market is but especially on a new build their is some kind of TIA budgeted by the ownership.wast that negotiated as part of your lease by your tenant rep?

I say to look at these hard because these items can occur for a period of 12 months possibly without major issues of seeing large cracks or settling if a lot of water hasn't been present in large volumes.

Most will cover up to 100% of the renovation costs and 70-90% of the purchase price, depending on factors like the type of property itself, your experience, credit position, and the lender’s specific guidelines.  

With 40% of homes still selling above asking price, waiting for a “better deal” often means missing out entirely.Financing is also a common issue.

So now I have a whole different issue to deal with.
