Writing this post to introduce myself in the community! I plan to be here often but have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for the last year now, and have consistently been saving to make my first investment this year. I have built enough capital to feel comfortable investing heavily and am interested in either a flip, small multi family, or commercial.
