The property has an amazing creek canyon (attached photo) is 5 miles from all the major attractions to Yosemite, and 7 miles from a lake.

I post my rental listings on FurnishedFinder and Facebook (there's a couple DU living fb groups) and have had a good experience with hardly any vacancies. 

I have it narrowed down to two agents, one has more general experience in the area and are part of a large organization.  

It is cheaper, in general, to sub out like you say but if you have no experience sequencing the work and talking to subs you may be scarring them off.
