After doing some digging, they are notorious for this exact thing, and have had dealings with fraud in the past. 

Air Bnb is notoriously worthless for reimbursing, so you get nothing from them.

Skylights are notorious for leaking.

Property managers are notorious to up charge on maintenance requests.  

And Texas is notorious for deficiency judgements by lenders.

Also, the City of Albany is notoriously tenant friendly.

Markets are notoriously difficult to time, so I don't try to do it.  

It's uncommon, but there are some traditional lenders who are notorious for it.

Inspection services notoriously pick these properties to death with every single “issue” they can find, so most buyers of these small apartments do not pay inspectors but rather walk the properties themselves and get specialist if they have concerns with a major item (a/c, roof, plumbing, those types of items).I do like my realtor and respect his/her opinion but wanted to get your thoughts?
