When you approach it like a traditional listing or buyer appointment with the substitution of your own "Personal Agency Disclosure" then you are well on your way to ensuring that they customer does not assume you are acting in their best interests.Obviously, this should be reiterated within the contract (NAR Code Article 7) but for Realtors®, adding this as an option can be a profitable way for both Broker as well as Realtor to make additional leads/profit.
