Missed My Goal for 2014!

Damn!  I just missed my goal for 2014.

At the beginning of the year, I set a goal to purchase 300 units of MFRE this year.  On Monday, I closed a deal for 54 units, bringing the total for the year to 288!

I'm closing another 116 in January, so I'm pretty close to the goal, but did not quite make it!

Let's do 400-500 in 2015!

I'm curious where you are finding larger multis to buy that make any sense with the compressed cap rates in most areas? The important target in my mind is how much cash glow as opposed to quantity of doors, wouldn't you agree?
