Couches?

I usually know when I'm talking to a real landlord - we start trading war stories and tax woes ;) The tenant is already out of their property in most cases and living on someone's couch.

found that picture of the half window on the one we boughtits the exact same size/design as the window shown above the high end couches we requested in the sales contract :)

Hi all, One of my current tenants called me yesterday, and mentioned that they let a friend from out of the area crash on the couch while he looked for job interviews in the area.

Then if that's not enough I have literally seized any and all seating on the couch. 

I did get the $75 for removing a couch and it did end up costing me almost that much, unless my labor is $0/hour
