@Amber Imasuen here is the menu you asked for:1) when I spec built in tear down areas (that sounds like what you got) I (and many other area builders) would offer lot sellers an opportunity to use their lot as a trade on in buying one of my spec homes.

They do charge $30 for a wire transfer, and this process recently got a bit more complicated (you used to be able to just select Wire from a menu on the website, but for me it's been unavailable now - you have to call them to make it available, which is supposedly due to increased security).

EXPLAINED: Depreciation - myths & reality
4 June 2023 | 11 replies
It's easier to memorize the Starbucks menu or the NFL rosters.Section 179 basics- can deduct 100% of the cost in the 1st year- applies to 3-yr, 5-yr, 7-yr and 10-yr assets and "qualified improvement property" (a separate post would be needed to explain)- cannot create a net loss- minimum 50% business use required- other limits and restrictions applyBonus depreciation basics, as of today (mid-2023)- 100% of the cost in 2022, 80% in 2023, 60% in 2024, and so on until 0% in 2027- applies to assets with up to 20-yr life- can create a net lossBoth methods have their pros and cons, and choosing between them, as well as generally optimizing depreciation, is a job for an experienced accountant.Cost segregationWhat cost segregation accomplishes is extracting faster-depreciation property (as in 5-yr, 7-yr and 15-yr) out of slow-depreciation real property.

If your "professional" barber that you've received several haircuts from all of a sudden put their hand in your pocket for some extra tip money all the while you've already paid them fairly out of the other pocket and claims that they've decided to change things up and them reaching into your other pocket is disclosed on the backside of their haircut price menu in size 2 font at the bottom right-hand corner, you'd probably find a new barber - whether they're "professional" or not.
