It's in good shape, but I'm wondering if we'd see the ROI in the refinance from a higher appraisal if we decided to rip it out and add sheetrock and recessed lighting.

Sept 2024 +33% compared to last year (Sept 2023 was bad for some reason).Rest of the year is still light but hoping it picks up.

After some time we are able to renovate with new flooring, new paint, new light fixtures, new bathroom fixtures and vanity, new kitchen countertops, and painting the kitchen cabinets and new cabinet hardware for about $7500 on a 1/1 or 2/1 apartment.

The house is in really good shape and the area looks fairly clean, but a couple people I've talked to have a lot of concerns of that area which is giving me second thoughts... any other locals able to shed some light?

So add in your appliances, light fixtures and anything else you plan on buying for the project and run it through the bid room altogether for the deepest discount.Best of luck!

As long as everything works (lights, plumbing, etc.) and there are no hazards (like an open ground) the big things are peeling paint (particularly on window sills) and smoke detectors.

When they don't take advice and call it criticism or call us mean, what they are really doing is putting a light up into the sky for all of the gurus to come collect them and their money.

It does amazing job, it's a matter of turning all lights and placing the camera in different places around the room.

You could even say- I know it's early but we are lightly thinking about next year and decided if we have to renovate (or whatever).
