Still can be very beneficial for a new investor but personally I think not as good as a service as they had with their exclusive listings where they had inspections already done, rent rolls available, and you can complete the entire offer/acceptance via their platform rather than being handed off to an agent. 

Usually with an on site maintenance handy man versus the heavy costs of commercial services.  

and I was just one little mortgage guy with 450 loans out.. can you imagine the banks with hundreds of thousands of loans and servicing companies.. so having mass equity or paid for keeps this from ever being an issue. then when I sold these off.. most for cash but a lot I did a 30 to 60 month ZERO interest deal on.... and boy you should have heard the cash flow cool laid drinkers..

During the entirety of 2021, I hosted monthly meetups in Fairview Heights, IL (just outsde of Belleville) that brought in real estate investors from the metro east.

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

The best loan in the world, a loan that other people pay the servicing and principle for you. 

So I have a question for my fellow hosts! 

Like mentioned it's also beneficial to keep up to date with what's happening in the area your STR is located, and make sure the decision makers are aware of hosts and what they bring to the community.

We had a wash & fold service with pickup & delivery, which added complexity to the operation.

We have every one of our managed properties enrolled in these services to avoid utility shutoff damages.
