Unfortunately with the harsh landlord/tenant and rent control laws here in Los Angeles, I am unable to do so unless my reason for terminating his lease falls into one of their very specific tenant friendly categories. 

"Evict" is a harsh word and commonly misused.

@Benjamin I Singer Forgive me if this sounds a little too harsh, but unfortunately there are no step by step guides and if you're asking these types of questions I don't really think you have what it takes....yet.

It was closer to the chemical plants.

Tenant shall only use a plunger to attempt to fix a slow or stopped drain, and shall not pour chemical or other drain cleaners into any stopped or slow drains.

If the storage tenant kept dangerous chemicals, explosives, etc. there you, of course, will have significant liability particularly if you do this in violation of law

I am sorry to be harsh, but you relinquished control over and over and opted out of the oversight of the project and this is exactly what happens.

@Eric DeVito Maybe I am being harsh, but why do you care what they think?

Or, has some chemical reaction occured in the blind itself from something in the house?

Please keep in mind, I by no means am taking up for Jason, but the community is definitely being harsh on comments related to wholesalers in general.
