Get the work done, list it a few more weeks closer to the warm buying season, list it for a few grand more than you anticipated and see what bites

I have 40 grand in a margin account.  200 grand from selling my house and another 98 from flushing an IRA.   

That $500 a month is a ton in the grand scheme on something you would own outright.Just my 2 cents and good luck!

I could also be clouded by the assumption that they are veterans and I'm picturing evicting my grand parents, so take my advice with a grain of salt lol.

PS i just learned how to cut and paste when my grand daughter showed me how too that's why I always wondered why some folks post the same thing all the time.. thinking they just typed in the exact same message time and again.. .

Its simply a way to get a few grand out of your pocket and into theirs for a bunch of largely useless educational material.
