@Brett Snodgrass  Your post is like that of a man who complains he can't find a decent girl yet his favorite meeting place is at a bar. 

A week or so later, Im at the property and my tenant hands me an envelop from the attorney.The girl who apparently fell on my property was 18 and pregnant.

I know a girl who got a 3 family in BK a couple years ago and is living rent free.

., that dealt with all these rich people in Hollywood accused of homicide.I love how he scratched his head, using his hands, and using phrases likeoh, by the way…Can you explain that a little bit better for me because I don’t quite get that…I know that probably makes you sound stupid, but it allows the sellers to be disarmed.If you said something like,“You know Mr. seller the good thing is that if you rent this place out you will enjoy working with your tenants collecting the rents and all that, right?”

I inherited the tenants with 1 month left on their lease.  1 of the girls moved out at the end of the lease. 

Ask them to leave, offer cash for keys if I have to and if nothing else works evict them.Thanks guys....and girls of course!

And then I met a girl.

So if you want to be in the game a long time and "wholesaling" is what you want to do, then put on your big boy pants (or big girl pants) and take the test, pay your fee and be part of responsible society.

As we were leaving another couple showed up, as well as 2 young girls who went in for a few minutes and then back out and yelled something at my girlfriend as we were getting into the car.He is supposed to be out by tomorrow, his uncle has been wanting him for these reasons and I would like him out as well.
