The old one might be worth $5 at the scrap yard - if you have a truck, that's probably not enough money to take it there by yourself, but if you have a place to keep the old one until you have a truck full, then it might make sense.I hope this helps!

If they have a $200+ truck fee, $100/hr labor, and a 100% markup on parts, you're gonna end up paying $600 for something that's $100 at Home Depot and anyone with two thumbs can install in 30 minutes.

There are other revenue streams we could add if we acquired a food and beverage license, sold merchandise, adding events during week (corp events), etc. in addition to the nightly rentals of the owner's cabin.
