I’m seeking recommended PM in Cleveland area.

Hi.

I’m new here so I hope I Posted this in the correct forum.

I’m under contract right now to buy my 2nd property which is a triplex multi family in Euclid Ohio. I’m both nervous and excited at the same time. Lol.

I’m seeking a Cleveland area PM company if anybody had any recommendations?

I’ve checked out google but not sure what to make of the reviews I read there. Seems like both tenets & landlords are unhappy customers of these PM company’s.

A bit about me and my situation.

I'm in my mid thirties and employed as a chemical tank truck driver. I'm on the road out of town the majority of the year. For a couple years during covid I lived in the truck full time and saved a good chunk of cash. 18 months ago i bought my 1st property in Cleveland heights which bus a SFH. My plan was to live in it for a year and then rent it out as a STR and that's what I did. It is currently a STR rental. I stay there from time to time but basically live on the road still. I have a STR PM company in place and I've been more than happy with them as they do everything but they don't do LTR's.

I’ve been considering wearing the landlord hat and doing everything myself for the triplex. The big issue for me is how I’ll schedule showings if I’m not home for a week or two at a time?

I guess I’ll have to schedule off a few days of each month to show the units if I do it myself.   if anybody knows a better way I’d like to know.

I appreciate any replies.

Thanks

Hi @Alex Schollaert, going to piggy-back off of Nathan^, 90% of the time tenant's are going to  post 'reviews' when they are un-happy vs. happy. Pay more attention to the client/investor reviews with extra depth/more experience. Having an established, experienced, local, full-service PM with a departmentalized staff is my first recommendation!
