Happy to connect and work with anyone trying to expand their business.I am working on building an industrial portfolio of my own - consistently searching and analyzing deals.My main market is Southern California, but I am slowly expanding my lens across the US.Ronald Rhode and Chad Griffiths are the best content creators in the space hands down. 

I would love a ideas on what you think might be best to do in the current market and may even be interested in partnering with someone if the numbers work for both parties.

Note at “standard” MLS market rent to price ratio, the property tax alone is ~20%.

However my market is currently Arizona.

Every market can be invested in successfully.

To each their own.Also, this was 2020-2021 when the market was nuts and every syndicator was looking like a rockstar beating expectations on their deals.

I know a little about the phoenix market and agree it is growing. 

I would rather invest in safe markets that produce a good return, then I can use that income to pay for a vacation anywhere in the world.I'm very pessimistic about the STR market in Hawaii.

I am slowly going crazy with how expensive Massachusetts is and I am leaning towards looking at cheaper foreclosure properties.I understand there is some risk to this but I am beginning to think this is the only option I will have because of how fast the market is growing.Thank you for any insight you may have!

While we are not immune to market shifts, we typically don't see huge bubble bursts.
