let us know how it works.. however just know Private investors are just that private you dont find them in places like this.. they are your doctor your dentist your uncle the guy you met at a meet up.. those are private investors any lender that advertises for deals is not a private lender.. there is a lot of air time on Sperber the clever investor and his Lambo LOL...
