To me, Private Lenders are Doctors, Dentists, Pensions funds and other business people who have excess capital and they want to invest in ongoing projects of some sort.

let us know how it works.. however just know Private investors are just that private you dont find them in places like this.. they are your doctor your dentist your uncle the guy you met at a meet up.. those are private investors any lender that advertises for deals is not a private lender.. there is a lot of air time on Sperber the clever investor and his Lambo LOL...

Private lenders are people you know, family, friends, work colleagues, your dentist, your CPA, etc.

It'd be nice to take calls from yellow letter leads, attend morning networking meetings, and go to the dentist without loss in pay because I could just put in those hours somewhere else, even in the waiting room.

I don't want a dentist to diagnose my heart problems and I wouldn't necessarily want a property flipper to tell me how to setup a buy and hold business based on cash flow.Good luck.
