Own the house, needs 30k rehab, 85k ARV, need help finding the $

So, I bought a house deed from COSL in Jan 2014.  My brother had the cash to rehab, but wanted to save a few bucks (meaning he wanted to buy the material and have me do all the work!).  My first rehab, and he had other business interests.  Recently broke my foot getting plywood on the roof in the 102 heat we recently had.  Demo is done, windows and a door are in, reconfigured bath rooms for a better lay out, plumbing done, got the power turned on.  Needs roof and a complete interior.  All the copper was ripped out prior to me getting it, so the interior is demo'd down to the studs.

Now at home, not working, and spent a lot of time looking for a hard money lender.  Seems that very few do deals in AR, and even fewer do rehab only money, for just 30k.

I need help!  Advice, anyone; PLEASE............
