Crystal Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes around with a very nice public beach in the village but you can pick up properties for much less than TC.

I understand no one has a crystal ball, I just wanted to initiate a conversation with like-minded people and be more informed.

Now I’m asking everyone to look into a crystal ball of course but maybe others in the real estate community may have heard what other investors plan on doing because of this law.
