If all the other competition uses quartz counter tops in the kitchen, so should you.

Granite countertops very nice flooring, all new paint, new siding.

Im currently in the middle of rehabbing this property, mostly cosmetic upgrades like paint, flooring, new P-lam counter tops to get ready to rent out.  

I plan to update the appliances, countertops, and vanities.

The kitchen is fully upgraded with modern stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops & tons of storage!

Updates included:-Paint & white trim throughout-Laminate flooring throughout first floor-All new kitchen cabinets and countertops-Upgraded kitchen appliances -New carpet in bedrooms-Laminate flooring, new toilet, new vanity in bathroom-New water heater and HVAC Outside of the carpet and HVAC, I completed all the work myself and with the help of my Dad.

The first remediation company went to assess the damage and told us an overwhelming amount of work that they will have to do in order to repair the water damage, including demo the kitchen cabinets from the walls, potentially destroying the counter top, opening up downstairs bedroom drywall, ceiling and some carpeting, and that they will not be able to put anything back due to liability concerns (the fact that they are not licensed contractors to perform such types of work).
