Unfortunately, some Board members are creating friction and preventing the process from starting. 

Get buyers on board (maybe someone who doesn’t yet qualify for a mortgage, but is financially prepared to purchase).

My banker explained that they went to the board and they had turned down the loan.

Certain organizations such as the AICPA and the State board that issues the CPA license mention what a CPA can / can't do to retain his / her license.Providing a comfort letter is an 'attest service'.Furthermore, CPA firms are encouraged to have insurance, which may mention that the firm can not provide comfort letters.What the mortgage company is looking to do is potentially have another person to go after if the mortgage goes south.It is not worth it to a CPA to get a few hundred dollars but potentially get a lot more in risk exposure.

Most people who quickly bring out the constitution on this board have no idea what is in it.  

When you’re pressed for time or eager to start a project and need things to move faster, consider outsourcing tasks for efficiency.Overall, I think you should go back to the drawing board, build a specific and optimized list, and market to it consistently.

If you are comfortable with renting by the room, check the local municipality laws in the areas you are considering to make sure there are no restrictive laws about operating boarding houses.

With a 64x30 pole building that would be ideal for a our dog grooming/boarding business.

Unless you like to run up hill in the heat, chalk it up as business expense on taxes this year and move on to bigger and better.
