Cars for cars, etc.

Too many people run them like they drive their cars: stomping on the gas, slamming on the brakes, then complaining about poor MPG.

Given thatmany tenants will make their car payment before their rent payment, we’ve copied the mortgage industry’s methodof debt-to-income (DTI) ratios.

Here is my situation :I am 40 years old, I have no mortgage, and my only bills are my car lease, phone bill, car insurance (my partner covers utilities) and groceries for me, girlfriend and my kids (when I have them) and my take home from my day job is about $900 a week.

The tenants got FEMA money and bought a new car.

The boys anyway just need a few tiny or mobile homes with a couple shops they can work on their cars, trucks and motorbikes. 

And then, my car is giving me issue...

Can I write off BOTH the moving truck that I will hire AND my entire cross-country road trip (hotels, meals, supplies, etc.) to get my car there?

But I will register a car, a bike, and an RV at the address.
