If there are too many title transfers (often more than even a single transfer) in the past 12 months, it may be very difficult for me to resell to an FHA buyer, as the property would be "red flagged" by FHA due to "excessive flipping."

Very hard to make those leak, outside of physical damage.I am aware that the fiberglass units can be re-finished by professionals; not sure if the big box stores carry a kit for that.As Ryan mentioned, these typically develop cracks (physical damage), and will tend to crack once again in the same place unless there is some support from below.
