If you think you are going to need some rule bending, then the relationship becomes more important. 

As you've found out.My view:  The park manager has NO reason to bend the rules and allow a lease / option.  

If I make my way out to the area, I will definitely bend your ear for some insight.

I will try to find out how to get the same deal from the fort bend county.

I can bend my mind enough to understand why some are paying $40/door for something only worth $35,000.

They will do loans in the following areas according to my banker: Muncie, South Bend, Indy, Bloomington, Evansville, Louisville, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids.The huge caveat is that they want the borrower to also live in their footprint area so if you are an out of state investor, you are out of luck.
