Here and there you may find plumbers that will fill a hole with cement but they typically don't do finishing work.This is why I suggest that if you have a tiled bathtub/shower always have extra matching tiles and grout on hand in case they have to do plumbing work and don't have access on the opposite side of the wall.

A hand picked items from the report:- quite a few minor electrical issues (determined safety, will ask provider to fix)- leak from upstairs bathtub going to the downstairs kitchen ceiling and 2 other rooms with visible current water damage (quite concerned)-insulation on only 25% of the roof (how do tenants keep warm?)

Simple issues like repainting the ceiling where the paint is peeling due to them overflowing the bathtub and leaving it long enough to have the water seep through the floor of the bathroom and leak through the kitchen ceiling.
