My model projects these can be without private or individual site water, power, bathrooms, and/ or wifi and still be worthy investments. 

Then you have three kitchens and at least 3 bathrooms, which kitchens will likely be 10k+ (nice finishes will likely be 20k+, each) and bathrooms are going to be 8k each.

Recently there was a major plumbing problem at 1 of the single family homes and the tenants were not able to use the bathroom.

Full rehab-paint, flooring, granite countertops, added bathrooms What was the outcome?

That chuck of change could go a long way towards renovations like a small bathroom remodel, interior painting, or new flooring, etc. if you choose to sell at a higher list price.

In every metric of value US is declining but hey, were super diverse, kids can identify as a furry and schools are putting litter boxs in bathrooms for em yeah-us right.
