Anyone ever used Batch Skip Tracing's vacant homes list?

I just wanted to thank the bigger pockets community, here in my first post, for providing such a wonderful batch of information and advice about so many forms of real estate investing!

So now we set specific appointments batched around what would be the "open house" time, kind of like Dennis does.

Are you looking for one off skip traces or batches?

As Dan Dietz mentions, this structure provides you with "checkbook control" over the funds, and eliminates an array of paperwork, delays, and per-transaction fees that would come with having a IRA custodian directly hold the assets.If you will have multiple properties within that LLC, it can be effective to create sub-LLC's for individual properties or at least small batches.  

We just ran a batch last week, and of the fifty skip-traces requested, 40 came back with emails.I can't speak yet to the accuracy of these data, of course, but this is definitely a great start!

Just closing on the last batch of lots this month, selling them to a developer.  

After sending your batch of mail you should follow up the mails with Cold Calling, SMS Blast and RVM.All this may seem overwhelming at first but trust me with some proper scheduling and tracking you will begin to see results sooner than you think.Hope I helped your cause.Good luck out there!

Well, it's hard to say so now... remember that we are only 3 weeks into the new year, and currently dealing with a market full of leftovers that didn't sell in the fall season of last year (probably because they were overpriced).The next batch of new listings is mostly going to come from sellers who are waiting till Spring -- if they're smart -- to list their home.
