Hey Everyone! 

I just wanted to thank the bigger pockets community, here in my first post, for providing such a wonderful batch of information and advice about so many forms of real estate investing! 

I am hoping to network with RE investors in the Northeast Los Angeles area and build lasting partnerships that can be beneficial to us all! 

I would like to begin my REI business in wholesaling.

Therefore, if there are any flippers, rehabbers, buy and holders, and anyone else looking for a solid deal in my area, please help me assist you by answering the following questions: 

What are you looking for? What is your preferred acquisition price, rehab budget, desired rate of return, tolerance for risk, etc.?
