Prices are still relatively cheap (compared to Orlando) but we are within 20-25mins of Orlando, the Airport, and all major attractions.

I am going to be using the property for crash pads for flight attendants, so it needs to be in a nice area, near the airport, and light rail system.

I chose Everett because it’s close enough to the airport (my place of work) and it’s the suburb type area my wife wanted for our son (almost took an apartment in Lynn, she wasn’t too happy).The competition sounds a little scary, to be honest.

My wife and I have a couple properties in Jacksonville near there near Normandy and the Herlong Airport.

The general location is good, 30 min to Dallas, 30 min to Fort Worth, 30 min to airport with very good schools. 

Located across from shopping center, 5 minutes from I95, 20 minutes to PHL airport.
