@Henry Lazerow I’ve been looking at almost all the listings and a good deal is super hard to find in Chicago especially not wanting to live in high crime-rated areas.

I am sure I am not exacting with my repair costs, though I have felt Zillow and Rentometer come in very high for what I would be willing to pay in Rockdale/Newton/Henry.
