Hello everyone, my name is Ricardo.I live in the inland empire, San Bernardino area.

We found an off-market commercial/industrial lot in Southern California's Inland Empire, near San Bernardino and Riverside.We normally work residential, but naturally want to pursue this if it makes sense.

Great job man...... how much time do you have in this deal.  10 hours a week for 8 weeks 80 hours total with $35,000 profited  that's $437 per hour...... you should be proud of yourself.My big goal is to turn my small 7 deal per year jod into a 30 deal per year empire.  

His dad built a good portion of his empire through government funding......now he bites the hand that fed him!

It'll blow your mind how quickly you can become your own empire and I'd love to grab a lunch, coffee, or a beer and talk about it with any of you guys in person or on the phone.

I'm in the process of building my empire myself and I jump in the game because I am determine to learn.

If you're in 'build an empire mode', put all of your rentals in an entity, decide on a name, brand, website, get a professional team together, start hiring/contracting for services.

Maybe after you have built your real estate empire.

I'll probably start to build some statistical models so as to have some concrete empirical evidence behind what I'm saying.Thanks for your thoughts..
