When I purchased the property I knew there was a lot of potential to rent this house on a per room basis but the basement was also very unsafe (small windows, no stove, cooking plates improper fire protection etc) but it did come with some nice features such as a tankless on demand water heater (great for having lots of tenants).

Having a hard time finding this information on the assessor's website. Do we know when the 2021 assessments will be published/sent to property owners? Thank you in advance!

Cook County, Illinois has one of the highest application rates I could find, using about 20% of the available funds.Why aren't more people applying?

@Regina Bailey this is a frustrating scenario but first know that if you are in Cook County, including Chicago, there is no more 30 day notice to vacate.

I never looked at U tube until about 16 months ago and thats where i get all my cooking ideas and recipes..
