Verbiage could vary from state to state, or lender to lender, or by loan type, so you can always check with your lender if you're concerned.

I just checked a reservation that came in for one of our properties today.

The property is in Bucks County, Pa.The $300 isn't even worth the aggravation to me but at this point I think I need an attorney to guide so it doesn't balloon into much more.

Do  background checks work for out of country people?

I wanted this property due to location but unsure if it’s worth to risk due to high monthly payment.

Have done tons of research into taking loans etc, but probably settling on getting 20% DP and 6 months worth of monthly costs (maintenance/mortgage/utilities).Started looking to my state laws and saw I need 3 years experience to even get a MN broker license and was wondering how I should go about that.Does that mean I have to sell houses or is there a way to become an employee under an existing property manager?

Might be worth it to only be in the deal for say $20K overall, and do more than 1 at a time.
