Need RE Attorney recommendation, Doylestown, PA

I'm currently being sued over $300 that I witheld from a security deposit return. The exiting tenants had 2 dogs and did pay a pet fee. I do not feel as though the pet fee they paid means they don't have to keep floors clean, I needed to pay a professional carpet cleaner to try to remove the dog smell. The $300 was actually less than I paid the professional cleaner. Turns out I have to replace the stairs and 2nd bedroom carpets. In any case I'm looking for a recommendation of an attorney that specializes or has experience with tenant/landlord laws in PA. The property is in Bucks County, Pa.

The $300 isn't even worth the aggravation to me but at this point I think I need an attorney to guide so it doesn't balloon into much more. Fingers crossed I can find some good recs, this is a first for me.
